A couple of months ago, my 3 wifi pro3 cameras and floodlight all stopped working at the same time. I also have a wired doorbell camera and chime which have worked fine ever since and so the smart hub is connected and working fine.
I have tried resetting the router, smart hub and removing the batteries on the WiFi cameras but none of it worked so I then removed the cameras and tried to re-install but now it says they can't be found - I've tried auto and manually synching them.
We've had no issues with any other wifi devices in the house.
Can anyone give me some help please?

Problem solved at my end: got the battery out and in again. Then it could be found again as a new camera. All 3 cameras are now functional again.

Did you try the hardware reset?
Open the camera housing and press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~ 15 seconds).
Also, if you are using the app to install, try using my.arlo.com on a PC instead. That sometimes works when the app fails.

Hi Stephen
Yes, that's the sync button. I tried just pressing it and then holding it down until it flashed amber but still won't connect.
I'll try installing on a PC though, I haven't done that yet.
Thanks

Really exactly the same problem here. I did not notice a solution yet. Have you resolved the problem?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
