Why should we pay for a subscription when product doesn’t even work properly?

Arlo is a complete joke!
I purchased because of the ability to use activity zones, camera detects and records every thing outside of the zone and nothing in it. Have setting to people and vehicles only and constantly get alerts for animals.
Why should we have to pay when you product is inferior to everything you advertise? On of the more expensive systems out there and total waste of money. Would never recommend.

Have you tried adjusting motion sensitivity in your modes/rules? This may help improve your results.

My camera doesn’t show up when I go into mode, only the smart hub. Not sure why it’s disappeared. It used to be there. I deleted camera and reinstalled it, but still not showing up. Any ideas?

When navigating to modes, you must select your SmartHub to see the rules for your cameras.
