Why no basic feedback pathway

Why is there no way to provide your company with some basic feedback regarding bugs discovered with the Arlo Program?  All I have access to is a useless, unresponsive, virtual question and answer session. It’s very frustrating!

You tag the security system but post in the Pro 3 section. Either way, these devices require a subscription which enables you to talk to official support. Use Settings, Support (Center) to select your device and get access to support.
