Whole system went off line for an extended period

I have a 2 camera system with doorbell and hub.
Yesterday the whole system went off line for an extended period when I was away from home. It has happened again today when I’m at work. This is concerning me as I am about to go abroad on holiday and want the system to cover me at all times.
Any ideas what’s a miss?

Is it possible there was a power or Internet interruption? It would help to know what the hub's LED was showing when offline which, of course, is tough when you're not at home.

I will have to monitor this, but this has never happened before in over 12 months. It was the same on my wife’s app as well.
I am thinking an internet issue, but it has not happened before when the internet drops out.

Assuming it's a power glitch, you might want to put a UPS in place to power your modem, router and hub so they never lose power.

No power outages or internet drop outs today, it was going off line like a yo yo. I reckon I will re boot the hub tomorrow
