We can no longer see videos of recordings of activity. We don’t have a subscription, we had the free 3 month with the new cameras. We have family that have the same cameras and can see videos for 7 days without a subscription. What am I doing wrong?

For the Pro 3 you need a subscription for cloud recordings after the trial expires. The Pro 2 and older still have the 7 day free that they probably have.
