After having not being recorded issue on December 2022.

Now on 2023 January the videos won't download. It shows as recorded but it won't download for viewing.

The most expensive camera and causes more issue than cheaper brands....

Have you tried to D/L the video via the web access?

www.my.arlo.com  with your browser using same acct/pw
