I have 2 pro 3 cameras and VMB4540 smart hub. After installation of AT&T internet air I get a video timeout on my windows 11 computer only on the cameras that are connected thru the VMB4540. I also have 2 cameras connected to wifi that work fine on my computer. When I stream on my android phone everything works fine. Everything is connected to the same network and wifi. My AT&T internet air is set up for IP passthrough to my Netgear AX4200 router. I removed my Pro 3 cameras and smarthub in the app and reinstalled everthing from start. I aslo have a windows 10 laptop on my wifi that has the same issue. I also reset my whole network after reinstallation. Everything is on the latest firmware. Arlo server status says all up and operational. If anybody has any idea whats going on please respond.

Italplc,
The troubleshooting you've done so far seems to isolate the issue to AT&T. I encourage you to reach out to your ISP to investigate the issue further.

If you have 2K livestreaming enabled in the app, then try disabling it and see if that makes any difference. (Perhaps a long shot, but easy to try).
Are you also seeing this issue when reviewing or downloading recordings?

Just to confirm this - the AX4200 is functioning as your router, not as an AP?
And the router is the only device connected to the AT&T internet air? The PCs and base are all connected to the router?
The Arlo products should work with IP passthrough turned off (at least they did when I connected a smarthub to a T-mobile broadband router). So another thing you could try is turning off the passthrough mode as a test (rebooting the AX4200).
While that does result in double-routing, you shouldn't see any performance degradation.
If the AT&T router happens to use the same local LAN subnet as the AX4200, then the AX4200 might switch to a different subnet. That shouldn't cause any problems (and you can easily set it back when you re-enable passthrough).

Yes the AX4200 is setup for routing not an access point. I tried factory defaulting the AT&T Internet air router (CGW450-400) which turned off IP passthrough and the the video timeout still occurs on my windows 11 PC. Turning 2K video in the app on or off does't change anything. I can view recorded video in the app fine. I also checked with Nmap if port 443 and 80 are open on Netgear and AT&T and they are open. The only odd thing that happend was I use McAfee security and I checked the box to open port 443 and 80 and my computer and it seemed to work for a short time and then went back to video timeout again.

No need to explicitly open these ports. If you can browse the web, then the PC can connect on both 80 and 443. Port 80 is http, port 443 is https.
This could be due to McAfee - try disabling it for a while, and see if that works. If that resolves it, you might need to whitelist some URLs (not completely sure which ones).
