I am receiving quite a few video notifications with a duration of zero seconds.  What is causing this and how do I stop it from happening?

Videos that are shorter than expected can be caused by signal strength/quality issues. Check the WiFi icons for each camera - what do they show? Any new or changed wireless devices near either cameras or you hub?

All icons show a full strength signal.  There have been no changes of any wireless devices in my house.  I was wondering if this could be attributed to differences in shape of the activity and video zones?

Zones shouldn't cause this.

 

You can try rebooting your hub as well as reinserting the camera batteries to reset to a known state. If still an issue, remove one camera from your account and then add it back in to see if that helps.

I have the same issue, used to happen very occasionally,  yesterday saw four in the morning, all good later in the day?
