VMB4540 Cant View Video

Whether on the website or through the phone app I can not view live video on the cameras.  I get this message:

An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.

 

I will get an alert if motion is detected on one of the cameras, but can't view video and the video doesn't record.  I have 3 of the Pro 3 cameras connected to the base hub. 

Ironically, I also have an older camera connected to the base hub and can view video from that camera and it will record. 

I have tried rebooting the system, but still no luck.

Have you tried removing and resyncing a Pro 3 to the hub? If that fails, a system reset and fresh setup may be needed.
