cannot connect new iphoneto arlo wont accept and wont let me sign in to my account

After downloading the Arlo app and trying to sign in, what is the error message it is giving you? Can you delete the app and reinstall it. You do this from the app library. (It will say delete app not remove. If it says remove you are in the incorrect spot) After you re-download the app, try signing in again.

Thats been a problem cannot really delete theapp.  computer i pad etc does not completely delete it as when I go to App store and put in account its already there and have to go in that way which is the oringinal app

It tells me it does not recognize the phone . It checks with push but does not recognize it.  Nor my ipad as well I had support chat give me all kinds of ways to correct it but nothing is working

Have you tried choosing email as the 2-factor verification method?  

 

If you do that in the app, it's a bit simpler to look for the email on a different device.
