We're having issues with our Pro3 and the solar panel. Everything was working correctly for over a year and stopped a few weeks ago. Either: 1. The solar panel stops charging 2. When charging the camera won't work.
We've cleaned the panel and checked/cleaned the magnetic connections. The panel is positioned correctly. We've taken the camera down and charged it without the panel and then this starts all over again.
Could the problem be the battery itself? It's 2 1/2 years old.

WHat happens if you just run without the solar panel? If the battery depletes normally, it's a problem that has been reported before with the panel itself. Do you have multiple cameras? You can try swapping them around to see if the issue stays with the panel or the camera.

Hi, wondering if you have managed to fix this issue. Mine stopped working as well, about the same time.
I have two Arlo Pro 3 floodlight cameras, both supported by solar panels. One continues to charge and allow image viewing while charging, the other will charge but will only allow image viewing when ‘not on charge’. They are both running the same software and appear to have the same settings throughout.
Other than a full reset is there another way?
