Unable to enter Canadian postal code. Can't sign up for Smart Plan.

I have been trying for over 3 weeks to sign up for a Smart Plan.
Arlo won't accept a Canadian Postal code.
I have been on the phone 4 times with support (the last time 2 hours and 20 minutes.)
No solution.
I was told that it has been escalated to the next level and a rep would contact me. That was a week ago.

Have you tried putting it all together with no spaces? I entered mine in and everything worked.
Also, make sure you are using browser and not an app.

I tried with the hyphen and without. It didn't work.
That's what the support team suggested after 2 hours on hold.
I also tried capitals and small case letters. Neither worked.
