Unable to buy a plan

I'm trying to buy a plan for our pro 3 cameras and am unable to get it to work. I click on the subscribe now button under the 2k plan and once logged in it just keeps spinning saying please wait. Is there another way to actually buy a plan? I'd like to be able to utilize the cameras full capabilities. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you trying to do this from a mobile device or a computer?

 

Do you live in a country that is eligible for subscription plans? 

 

What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

I’ve tried from both and am unable to get it to work. I do live on Guam, but others I know have arlos with no issue.

I also had my mother login in Washington state and there were no options showing to purchase a plan. Anyway to correct this?
