Unable to access Iibrary from mobile app
I just setup my ARLO3 with 4 ipcams. I have configured portforwarding and assign static IP to VMB4540.
For portforwarding setting, the status show Available
a sandisk thumbdrive 128Gb attached to the base hub, and Local Storage Status show Good.
So I assume settings is almost correct. All the IPcams is connected to SmartHub.
When I tried manual recording from the Arlo app, it didnt show up in the library if view from app. However, if I login via web browser, the library show the recording video. What is wrong with it?
But I can access the recorded videos if view from laptop from home.
Yes, but those are in the cloud, and not locally stored. The web client doesn't give you access to the locally stored recordings.
