I had my iPhone repaired, and ultimately they gave me a new phone and I named it the same name as my old phone.  When I logged back int My Arlo, it tried to send a push notification to "Chads iPhone 12 Pro" which is the name of my old phone and is also what I named my new phone.  I never got any notification on my new phone.  I opted to get the code through email and when plugged it into the My Arlo app and tried to trust the device it said "There is a problem trusting this device, Try..."  When I look at two step verification there is an entry for "Chads iPhone 12 Pro" which there is no option to delete.

Anyone encountered this situation where they had a different phone with the same name getting it trusted?

Some users have reported success by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the Arlo Secure mobile app. For others, following the steps here were successfully: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Add-trusted-device-on-new-iPhone-Issue-Resolved-Workaround/m-p/18...

I'm having this same issue.  Had arlo configured for my email and phone.  Received a new phone, removed the old, and still receiving the error when trying to create the new phone as a trusted device.  Able to access by selecting "Don't Trust", but this is only a workaround, not a solution the problem.  Please advise.
