Subscription ended, now I can't Access local storage

My subscription ended yesterday for my 3 arlo pro 3 cameras. I can no longer access my local storage from my mobile phone, It's an Android. It worked before the subscription expired, I've had my local hard drive plugged in since I purchased the system and I was able to access local storage whenever I wanted and now suddenly I can't. It just gives an error. There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue. Why is it that when my subscription ends I suddenly can't access my local recordings? I'm okay not having the subscription features and just accessing my local recordings but now I can't even do that. I tried restarting the base station multiple times but still no success. Any ideas of what I need to do to regain access to my local storage through the mobile app?
