When trying to connect hub to network it’s asking for a password where do I find this password.

There is NO ACCESS into the smart hub. There is NO PASSWORD
Any access is via the app or web prgm for arlo.
Even tho to outside access by say phones, etc, the unit appears to be a router, it is not and just uses it's wifi network for cameras and arlo items.
Morse is faster than texting!
