We have had our Arlo 3 Smart hub VMB4540r2 mounted outdoors in a very weather resistant cover (this is so it had line-of-sight to all of our outdoor cams). This has worked [mostly] flawlessly for over 2 years. About 2 weeks ago when our temps got down to 8ºF (about -13ºC, not normal in our area). A few days later, we were back up to about 18ºF and the SmartHub seemed to stop. We brought it inside to see if the warmer temp would change anything. Nope. It powers on, but the LED alternates between a period of solid blue then blinking amber and it continues this cycle for a while. I'm going to try a factory reset today.
I have tried to find if there is a temp range for the SmartHub, but can only seem to find the range for the cameras. I'm just unsure if the low temp could have been the culprit.
Model: VMB454-r2

The Smart Hub is not designed for outdoor use so may be damaged. But a factory reset you said you were going to do is a good start since it powers up.
