I'm having a problem sharing access with my wife and mom. When i send them an invite they login and are asked to pay for a subscription plan when i already have one. However, my son accepted the invitation and sees the cameras as i do.

Make sure you have the same arlo app experience as those you share with. The new arlo app experience has a feed page instead of library.
If you have the same app experience then make sure they use a pc to open the invite email to click on the invite link that opens a browser so they can login using their credentials.
If they have a different app experience to you and you have a library menu then consider not updating it until you have digested what you will loose by doing so.
Arlo now allows multiple login of app devices with the same credentials to get you around the new app issues.
