Removing Arlo Pro 3 screw in mount from camera

I used the screw in mount and would now like to try the magnetic mount.  How to i remove the screw in mount trom camera?

The screw is connected to the mount so try unscrewing the cam from the mount unless I misunderstood and the screw broke.

Just unscrew from back of camera.  Reverse the step you took to attach it.  

 

I prefer the screw mount to the magnetic BTW.
