Are the cameras connected to power?

Assuming the battery is the only source of power for the Arlo pro 3’s. no, no power.

Are you getting a reflection form a nearby light source? Take the camera without battery into a dark room.

No reflection from any light source. It’s red in the dark, with no battery.

If there's no power source, I have no idea how anything can be working, including any LEDs. Would it be possible to take a snapshot or video of this?
