Tech support, why do you close posts that ARE NOT SOLVED?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hoping I can return this junk as it doesn't do the ONE thing I was told it would do (record accurately and timely so I have video proof of events). OMG

Have you read and followed the suggestions found in the FAQ in the support section here about best camera positioning? A screenshot of your camera view would be very helpful if you want suggestions. Also, change the motion detection setting to a higher number if you need. There's another FAQ on this pointing you to modifying your modes and rules.
