Problem with Pro3 Spotlight not recording to local storage in Arlo base station, just after 3 mo

That is odd.  Did you try testing this with a manual recording?

I do not have the video or still photo record icons on the screen when turned on live, so I cannot record manually.

This is the Support case #42395865 I have received , but no one has replied with a solution.

this has now happened to 2 cameras after free trial period has lapsed .

What kind of base station/SmartHub do you have the cameras connected to? By default, local storage is not enabled. Did you set this up with these instructions: What is Direct Storage Access and how do I use it?
