Problem in motion detection

Dear colleagues
I am facing a problem in motion detection. My cam pro 3 detect the motion and receive the notification. But I can not receive the video in the library.

If your 3 month trial to smart ran out do you have a current subscription? Also if you have local recording to the Hub/Base enabled are they  there?
