  Why has my subscription suddenly canceled? Is it possible to speak to a person at Arlo since the new changes?

Tdlaw,

 

If your subscription plan expired, check Settings > subscription within your Arlo account to start a new subscription. From there you can go through the new subscription flow to see which subscription options are available to you.
