I have four Arlo Pro 3 cameras.

Recently I had a problem with viewing recorded videos from my local storage. The video runs for couple of seconds and then gets frozen. I can hear the recording but video gets paused.

How can I fix this issue?

This was happening to all cameras. After rebooting all the cameras the problem was solved with the help from Arlo tech team.

This can happen when there is an error (or packet loss) in the video bitstream.

 

Is this happening with all your cameras?  Or only one?
