Pro3 - cannot subscribe to CVR

When I click to subscribe to arlos CVR plan, none of my cameras pop up. I have a new plan, the arlo 3 and I'm attempting this on a computer not a cell phone.

Laurend,

 

To be eligible for CVR, the cameras must be powered with an Arlo charging cable (solar panels will not provide enough power). Are the cameras powered using an AC adapter?
