Hi,
I have a 3month old Pro3 Floodlight camera that has just finished subscription and it has now stopped recording to my local library on the VMB4500r2. I have checked all settings and it is set to record locally but no files show for this camera in the app. I have two other Pro2 cameras a year old and they are recording fine and I can view locally stored files through the app.
What do I need to do?
I have tried resetting both hub and camera, removing device and adding back. Firmware is up to date. Record mode box for camera is checked. Local storage box is checked and working as per Pro2 cameras.
Feel the subscription trial period has something to do with this as it stopped when then ended, but I have always done local recording, same time subscription ended I now can’t do local recording on the Pro3 floodlight.
Pretty annoyed as camera is securing vision over a van, but hoping for an easy fix here. Please let me know what I need to do?
Thank you

Local motion recording should still be happening w/o a subscription.

But the VMB4500 base doesn't let you see locally stored files through the app.  The Pro2 cameras have 7-day cloud storage, and (assuming your base is a VMB4500), that is what you are seeing there.  You need to eject the storage and review it on a PC if you have that base.

The smarthubs (VMB4540 and VMB5000) are the only bases what support seeing locally stored files in the app.
