A pain but remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. That should clear out any weirdnesses.

I wanted to check if I needed to physically handle the camera to remove it/reset it, so I removed one of the spare cameras that was sat on my desk, in case I needed to get the ladders out. When I removed that spare camera, the other ones started to behave correctly and the audio detection was disabled. So everything seems to be OK now, thanks for the advice.
