Pro 3 not connecting

My camera is not connecting to the base station, a reset it to factory reset many times it synchronized with it but don’t connect last connection was 6 days ago

That's kinda convoluted. If I understand, the camera used to work but now won't connect even after resetting the camera. Did you follow the reset procedure FAQ in the support section here? Did you also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices? Is the battery charged?

Yes the camera was working and I removed it from my devices and followed faq and still it will synchronized and I can see it but it won’t connect

Ok, the camera is connected to your account but live view isn't working. Bring the camera closer to your router or hub, depending on how it's connected, and see if that makes a difference.
