Hi! My Pro 3 is not charging with my magnetic charger. I thought the charger was bad but it shows the charge symbol as lawyer even when not charging. I brought the Pro 3 indoor and plugged it in with the other plug in charger. It started slowly charging. After three hours it was at 68%! I put it back up and it’s working but still showing it’s charging even though it’s not on any charger. I never got it to 100%. It is four years old. When I tried the magnetic charger it never blinked showing connection to charger. Would this be the battery needing to be replaced or has the Pro 3 gone bad needing replacement? Thank you for any help you can give me!

This suggests something is wrong with the outdoor charger or cabling.  Is there a reason you didn't leave it on the indoor charger longer?  I suggest putting it back on that charger, and see if you get to the point where the LED on the camera shows solid blue.

Do you have another camera that uses the same battery?  (Pro 3/Pro 4/Pro 5s/Ultra)

If you do, try swapping the batteries and see if the problem stays with the the camera or not.

Thank you I will try that! I thought of that yesterday but my Floodlights were both hard to get to accept the QR code upon initial set up. I wasn’t sure if removing the battery on the working one would make the set up have to be redone. I had a Starling building a nest up on the not charging one. I suspect they may have damaged the lens.
