Pro 3 Solar charger

The solar charger for my Pro 3 camera seems to no longer work. I tested by bringing camera and solar charger inside and positioned solar panel directly under a strong light. Is this a valid test? I've verified that other solar chargers work this way.

That test should work, at least minimally. Make sure the connections on the cable and panel are clean.
