Hi All, My Pro 3 is working fine on motion detection recording, when it detect a motion it will start recording, and I can view the footage in the Arlo App.
Today I am trying to view the live view from the Arlo App, and I noticed that during live view the there is not motion detection recoded.
1. Is it normal?
2. What if I setup the Apple homekit and view life view from Homekit? Will motion detection work?

It's normal. While live viewing, the motion detection is turned off so no automatic recordings. However, depending on your resolution settings, you can manually record while using live view. Manual recordings are only available if the camera is set to 1080p or lower.
