Tried to open the Arlo app on my iphone. When the Arlo screen popped up there was nothing on the screen except the Arlo logo. No sign in or password slots.

Try this:
- restart the phone
- put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
- launch the app and wait for the internet connection error
- take the phone out of airplane mode
You should then be able to log in.
