Pro 3 Base Station since last week has stopped recording locally even though its still sending alert notifications and will show a red '1' over library icon but when I click into it it shows a "Videos stored on Pro 3 Base Station are not available. Please check your connection settings" error. I've checked the following...
- both system and phone are on the same wireless network.
- no filters are marked.
- 16gb USB has been connected for over a year with no issues. It states 'working and over 14.3gb still available'
- can still access recordings from my phone before it stopped (22 July)
- upgraded phone (13 July) and the new phone is marked as preferred device in 2 factor authentication but was recording fine from 13th till 22nd anyway.
- Port forwarding is disabled
- rebooted both app and base station but still has the error.
Please help...

nzpg,
Which version of the Arlo mobile app are you using (iOS/Android). You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then testing to see if you still experience the same behavior.
