Port forwarding saying "not available"

I have added port forwarding to the app and it was available but recently it has stopped working and when I try to reset it just appears as ‘ not available’ I had this problem last year too and it was patched in October.
Can anyone from Arlo reach out?
I have followed all instructions before I posted here so please do not response with remove and add, all been exhausted.

Thanks for the feeback. Are you on Android or iOS, and which version of the Arlo app are you using? Did this happen to occur after an app update or possibly Phone OS update?

I had to remove it and and connect tk charger even though it had 57% battery. It has now gone offline again at 84% battery
all apps are update. New ios system been updated too.
An issue on Arlo side rather than mine.
