So Arlo is set up with a Base Station and 3 cameras on my iPhone. I sent my wife an invite. When she logged in the Arlo app, there were no devices set up even though I set everything up. So I deleted her friend account and sent another invite to my wife.
Now when she logs in, it keeps saying her email is invalid. This is frustrating. Why is it so difficult?

She already had an account. I called support and they told me to clear her cache and history on her browser. I then clicked on the link on her Galaxy phone . That worked and she is now connected to my account.
