So, free trial ended. Have 2TB local storage that was properly formatted. Initially was able to access recordings on local drive but now not able. Have just gone through and eliminated "Activity Zones".

What happens when you select your hub in the library to view local recordings? Have you safely ejected the drive and tried viewing on a computer? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
