						No new record in library after two days on pro 3 base station
I have tried 32gb , 128gb ,1tb and 2tb storage devices.
The first day is fine but in the middle of the second day . No new record will show in library , but the storage usage is going up .
So I think the recording is continue, but some how the new recoding not uploading to my iPhone app.. also can’t download previous video
I am thinking may be the base station have some error , because I purchase it just a week , very bad experience for new user .

Videos don't upload to your phone - they upload to the Arlo servers. The app simply views them. If you want to see them from the cloud servers you must have a subscription. Have you checked Settings, Subscription to verify you at least have a trial subscription? To view locally recorded videos, you don't need a subscription but you do have to choose you hub in the pull-down menu in the library. If you don't see that or can't select it, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You can also reboot the hub, too.
