Since my trial subscription has ended I no longer can see any local recordings. The cameras trigger but no video is stored- this needs to be sorted asap. Many thanks

Did you have direct access to local storage set up and working before the trial ended?
How much storage did you add to the base?
Have you checked the storage (removing the drive and connecting it to a PC)? It's helpful to understand if the video isn't stored at all, or if it isn't showing up as available in the app when you select the base station from the library page?

Not stored at all . I have 258 USB drive plenty of storage

Formatted as FAT32?
Also, some USB drives have multiple partitions - if yours has that, then you'll need to remove them (then create a single partition for the entire drive).
