Since a cuple of months I have no longer acces to my local records when I am on my home network. Outside my home network I can acces my local records. I already have reseted the base and waited for new updates but with no succes.

Are you using a VPN at home?

No, I’m using port forwarding for acces outside.

Understood but folks sometimes use a VPN at home for work or other purposes.

Oké, no I don’t think I have VPN on my network. The thing is that before 07/2021 everything was fine. I could acces my local records from outside and when I was home on my LAN network. But suddenly I only can acces my local records from outside my network.

Long shot here - try rebooting both your router and hub, in that order.

Just done that but still no acces when on LAN. The strange thing is when I dissable port forwarding, I can acces my local records when I’ on my LAN…

Do you use an iPhone?

 

Just wondering, as we've seen a couple of other posts from iPhone users who are reporting the same thing.

Yes I use iphone with the latest update ios 15.1

@JamesC@ShayneS@JessicaP  :  Is Arlo looking into this?  We are seeing a few reports where folks using port forwarding with current iOS can't access local storage when home.
