Need help adding a user

Having issues getting a second user access. The app makes you start like you are setting up brand new. The issue is it won’t scan at code and or find the devices.
They are on the same network it should be easy please help

I got it to work.. you have to click on the invited link in the same browser

You don't add the devices to the second account.

When I sent the invite the authorize user created account and the devices aren’t on their. So it says to add a device

You should be able to skip that step.

 

The cameras are only set up in your account.  They show up automatically when the new user accepts the invitation.
