My smart hub no longer recognises my cameras , I have been through all the troubleshooting processes with Arlo support by telephone . My system worked fine for 18 months & then I stupidly removed the smart hub from my device list from a remote location through my Arlo App . When I returned home a week later I restarted my smart hub on my home network which came back on line no problems , however when I tried to resync my cameras with smart hub I have had no success . I have rebooted ,reset , checked my router x& done everything I can think of . When I try to sync my cameras the blue led on hub will start flashing for 5 times then will flash in amber for 4 times before reverting back to solid blue all the while my camera will consistently flash blue . The smart hub is on line & Arlo support can see it also . Can anyone out there help me please , it is important that I get these cameras working for a personal safety reason . Thanks in advance

Try a factory reset on one camera, and see if that works.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

I'm thinking they need to be onboarded again.   You can do the full reset procedure on the cameras - just skip removing the cameras from the account first (and do all the other steps).
