Hi all,
I just had an air conditioning condensing unit with fan blades on top installed in the view of one of my arlo pro 3 cameras and it's been triggering the motion detection notification every 10 mins because of it whenever we turn on the a/c. Is there a way to have it just ignore that?
Thanks!

Have you tried creating zones to avoid the triggers?

It would be better to reposition the camera to remove the A/C unit from view. A zone would work for not getting notifications but the camera would still record and the servers would determine that the video shouldn't go to the library. Think of the zone as a filter - the camera still has to record but the server filters it out.
