Arlo Base Station VMB4500 - will not up date to this firmware. 1.15.0.1_3092_d878851

Since it will not update I will get a notification of some type of motion and randomly get videos in my cloud library. I don’t get a video for every push notification of motion. It’s random. Not a problem with a specific camera.

Please help. I have tried to restart with not luck. I have tried to manually update but it says there is not update.

JHINDMAN675,

1.15.0.1_3092_d878851 is the current firmware version for VMB4500. Take a look here for latest  release notes: Arlo Firmware Release Notes

JHINDMAN675,

1.12.2.0_207_aa40f04 is the latest firmware version available for the VMB4540 SmartHub. This is different than the VMB4500 base station.

There is no newer firmware available for then VMB4540 SmartHub than1.12.2.0_207_aa40f04.

Ok.

Then I’m having the same issues as the other basestation. I will get a push notification documenting a movement of some kind by one of my cameras but a video will not show up in my Library.

I only get a video sent to the cloud about 50-60% of the time. There is no rhyme or reason. It’s all the cameras doing this not just one.

When I have my local storage turned on it doesn’t have the recording problem to the flash drive.
