My Arlo started not to record

My arlo started not to record after i updated the software. I can receive the movements but not recording.

can any one help me?

Check your active mode to verify that there's a rule for the camera in that mode. You may need to add one or just use Arm Away which should have a rule for any camera.

 

It rather sounds like your trial subscription has expired. Your get a short trial when first installing the camera but when that expires you must purchase a plan (maybe just a single camera plan if that's all you have) for cloud recordings.
