Mute alerts won't stay on

It' s same if I use 30 min, 1 hour, or 3 hour.

I have also an other question, I have not ever got (seen) updates to Arlo products, can i manually donwload then and istall manually?

Have you rebooted your hub and reinserted camera batteries to see if that helps with the mute issue?

Updates are usually automatically done overnight so you may never see that there's an update available. No, you can't somehow install them by downloading but you can verify you have the latest updates by checking https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes
