I have 3 arlo cameras that are not working. They detect motion but do not record. I checked the rules and after detecting motion the next step is suppose to record but mine says to do nothing. I tried clicking on recordbut nothing is happening. I also tried taking the battery out nothing happened. Do i need to buy a subscription inorder for it to record. Or should it record without a subscription

That depends on what camera you have (and whether or not you use a base station) What cameras do you have? If you have a base/smarthub, then what model is that?
Note that if you just purchased, you should have been automatically opted into a 3-month free trial subscription.
