I am coming to the end of my free trial period and want to pay my monthly subscription to continue the monitoring service. I have filled out the online form and received an immediate response that payment details are confirmed. However, on the camera devices it is still showing that my trial period is soon to expire and that I must make payment to continue the service. Am I logged onto the monthly payment plan or not? How can I be sure that the monitoring will continue? Thank you...

You can tell if you check Settings>Subscription>Manage Cameras. Usually if you subscribe when the trial is still active it cancels the trial.
