Missing Video Recordings

Somehow several recordings went missing from earlier today. I chatted with support but there were of no help, all they did was confirm that everything is working now. I now have to wait 24 hours and see if the problem reoccurs (Recordings still missing) in order to escalate. Am I going to loss recordings at random, anyone else having this problem. Apparently no what to see if someone deleted them. Thanks

If you have local storage set up are they on your Hub/Base? Does anyone have access to your login that may have deleted them? Was it just some recordings or all today?
FWIW all mine are there.

No local storage, going directly to cloud. I checked with the other users, nobody deleted. Only recordings from early that morning are missing.

A Pro-3 requires a base station. If you connect local storage, then you'd be able to retrieve any recordings that somehow didn't get to the cloud (or were accidently deleted). So maybe consider doing that.
Just to clarify - did you get notifications, and then find that the library didn't have the recordings?
